Our story
An ongoing evolution
Figestel was created at the end of 2006, and is committed to putting its know-how and experience at the service of hoteliers or future hoteliers seeking assistance in the day-to-day management of their establishments. This family-run business has expanded over the past 18 years, opening its doors to new hotels, and today operates a network of 10 independent hotels, including one 2-star, eight 3-star and one 4-star.
The teams’ undeniable knowledge of the hotel market ensures responsive, dynamic management of the establishments they manage. Figestel also contributes its expertise in corporate customer loyalty and hotel distribution systems, helping to balance and diversify sources of sales.
The company was founded in 2006 by Sébastien François, with the primary mission of offering its expertise and experience to hoteliers looking for assistance in the day-to-day management of their establishments.

We are proud to announce the acquisition of the Mercure Paris Pigalle Sacré Cœur, a four-star hotel with 62 rooms renovated in 2018. Located in the heart of the dynamic SoPi district of Paris, this hotel benefits from a strategic location attracting a diversified clientele, both leisure and business. This new acquisition strengthens our presence in the hotel sector, with now 10 establishments under our management, including one 2-star, eight 3-star and now one 4-star.
