FOUNDING
Figestel is founded
Sébastien François establishes Figestel to support hoteliers in the day-to-day management of their properties.
FIRST HOTEL
Hôtel Arc de Triomphe ***
The first hotel joins the Figestel portfolio.
PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
Hôtel Arc Élysées ***
A new Paris property joins the portfolio.
PORTFOLIO INTEGRATION
Hôtel Centre Ville Étoile ***
The hotel joins the Figestel portfolio. Ten years later, following a complete renovation, it will become the Archétype Étoile.
BRAND CREATION
Arc Avenues Hotels is created
Figestel creates Arc Avenues Hotels, a brand bringing together several hotels from its Paris portfolio.
PORTFOLIO INTEGRATION
Hôtel Châteaudun Opéra ***
Figestel takes over the management of Hôtel Châteaudun, near the Palais Garnier, continuing the development of its Paris hotel portfolio.
NEW HOTEL
Hôtel Monceau Élysées ***
A new property in Paris’s 17th arrondissement joins the portfolio.

A four-star hotel joins the portfolio.

This 18-room hotel on rue de l’Étoile, near the Arc de Triomphe, joins the portfolio.
RENOVATION
The Archétype Étoile is born ***
After more than a year of renovation work, Hôtel Centre Ville Étoile reopens with a new tropical-chic identity inspired by Art Deco.
NEW HOTEL
Hôtel Fontaines du Luxembourg ***
The property joins the Figestel portfolio.
PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
Hôtel Clos Médicis ***
A new Left Bank property joins the portfolio.
Acquisition
Mercure Paris Pigalle Sacré-Cœur ****
This 62-room hotel, renovated in 2018 and located in the heart of South Pigalle, joins the portfolio.
MANAGEMENT TAKEOVER
Hôtel Caron de Beaumarchais ***
Since 1 May 2025, Figestel has managed this distinctive hotel in the Marais, preserving its character and identity.
OPENING
Hôtel Monsieur Jules Clamart ***
Figestel will take over the hotel’s operations when it reopens, scheduled for late 2026 following a complete transformation.
