Within this framework, we oversee hotel management and day-to-day operations. The owner retains ownership of the asset and remains the decision-maker on matters defined in the agreement.
Management agreements are the primary framework for our assignments. Depending on the property and its circumstances, other operating structures may also be considered, including lease-management arrangements.

We structure the organisation, manage service providers and develop management tools in close cooperation with the owner and in line with the objectives agreed together.

We recruit, manage and support hotel teams to maintain an effective organisation and consistent service quality. Monitoring guest satisfaction and the property’s reputation enables us to identify areas requiring attention and continuously improve the guest experience.

Revenue & sales
We adjust rates and forecasts according to hotel performance, demand and market developments. Distribution, sales and direct bookings are managed together to grow revenue, control channel costs and sustainably improve the property’s performance.

Finance & performance
We prepare the operating budget and monitor results, cash flow, expenses and payroll costs. This regular analysis of performance allows us to anticipate variances, support the owner’s decisions and maintain the hotel’s financial balance.

Decision-making rules are defined in the management agreement. We monitor hotel activity, analyse results and report regularly to the owner in order to prepare decisions requiring their approval.
