Depending on how you use the website, Figestel may process:

  • for contact enquiries: your first and last name, contact details, company, profile and information relating to your enquiry or project;
  • for job applications: your identity, contact details, role or area of expertise, availability, CV and the content of your correspondence;
  • for website operation and audience measurement: technical and browsing data.

Mandatory fields are required in order to process your request.

Responding to your enquiries

Figestel uses the information provided through the contact form to process your enquiry and prepare for any potential business discussions, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or its legitimate interest in managing its professional relationships.


Processing job applications

Applications are processed in order to assess candidates, manage the recruitment process and communicate with applicants, on the basis of pre-contractual measures.


Operating the website and measuring its audience

Technical data required to ensure the security of the website is processed on the basis of Figestel’s legitimate interests.
Audience measurement through Google Analytics 4 is based on your consent.


Recipients of your data

Enquiries sent to contact@figestel.fr may be accessed by Figestel’s management and by the individuals responsible for handling them.
Applications sent to recrutement@figestel.fr may only be accessed by individuals involved in the recruitment process, within the scope of their responsibilities

Personal data may also be processed by technical service providers required for the operation of the website, including OVHcloud for hosting and Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics 4.

Figestel does not sell personal data collected through this website.


Data retention periods

  • Contact enquiries and projects: for as long as necessary to process and follow up on the enquiry, and for no more than three years from the date of the last active contact, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.
  • Job applications: for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. Data relating to unsuccessful candidates is deleted at the end of the process, subject to any retention periods required to comply with a legal obligation or defend Figestel’s rights.
  • Technical security data: for no longer than strictly necessary to ensure security and resolve incidents.
  • Audience measurement data: according to the period stated in the preference management tool and the configuration of the analytics solution used.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and improve its content. The tool may collect information relating to your device, browser, pages viewed, browsing activity and approximate location.

Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after you have given your consent. You may accept, refuse or change your preferences at any time through “Manage cookies”, without affecting your ability to access the website. Strictly necessary cookies may be placed without your consent.


Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The use of Google Analytics 4 may result in transfers of personal data, including to the United States.
Where a US recipient is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, such transfers may rely on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission.
Otherwise, Google must implement another safeguard provided for under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
